The initial assessment is a comprehensive, confidential meeting where we listen to understand the full scope of the situation. We meet with the family and, when appropriate, the individual to gather history, identify core challenges, and understand the family dynamics. From this, we determine the appropriate level of service and co-create a detailed, personalized plan of action that outlines the goals, strategies, and expectations for our work together.
Do you work with clients outside of Boca Raton, Florida?
While we are based in Boca Raton, our model is designed to be flexible. We will travel to meet with clients wherever they are, as determined by the needs of the case. Our services include the ability to accompany clients for travel to treatment facilities or to provide on-site support in their home environment, regardless of location.
